While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, product specifications and availability may change without prior notice. Please confirm current details with a Filtech water expert before making a purchasing or leasing decision.

2. Quotes and Site Surveys

Quote requests and site survey bookings submitted through this website are inquiries, not binding orders. A formal agreement — whether a lease or purchase — is only confirmed once both parties have agreed to specific terms, typically following a consultation or site survey.

3. Leasing Arrangements

For bottleless water dispensers offered on a lease basis, specific terms — including lease duration, monthly fees, and end-of-contract options — are set out in a separate lease agreement signed by both parties. These Terms do not override or replace the specific terms of any signed lease agreement.

4. Purchases

For products sold outright (including under-sink systems, desktop dispensers, and purchased bottleless dispensers), ownership transfers upon full payment. All purchased products carry a 1-year warranty covering non-electrical parts, as detailed in our FAQ and confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Installation

Installation is carried out by Filtech's own technicians. Installation is provided free of charge within Nairobi; a separate installation fee applies outside Nairobi, confirmed as part of your quote. Installation timelines depend on site-specific factors and are confirmed during your site survey.

6. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance and support terms vary depending on whether a system is leased or purchased, and are detailed in your specific agreement. Leased corporate bottleless dispensers include monthly preventive maintenance and a 2-hour or less response time for breakdowns, as described on our website and FAQ.

7. Payment

Payment terms, including accepted payment methods and any applicable deposits or instalment arrangements, are confirmed directly with our team as part of your quote or lease agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Filtech is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow provided operating instructions. Our liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the value of the relevant purchase or lease agreement, except where liability cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Filtech or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your engagement with Filtech will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
